These terms cover the services Trevane Digital provides to you. By signing up you agree to them.
Services
We build and host a website for your business and set up the lead tools included in your plan. The exact list of what is included is the one shown on your plan at the time you sign up.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up.
- There is no setup fee.
- There is no 12-month lock-in or minimum term.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your service runs until the end of the billing month you have already paid for. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business details, service list and licence information.
- Only send us content you have the right to use.
- Use the messaging tools lawfully, including obtaining consent from the people you message.
SMS terms
Messages we send you about your enquiry or account are covered by our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Where we send messages to your customers on your behalf, you are the sender of record. You are responsible for having valid consent from each recipient and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier rules and any other applicable law. We will honour STOP and HELP requests on every message we send.
Ownership
Your business content — your name, logo, photos, copy and customer data — stays yours. The site we build for you and its underlying code, templates and configurations remain ours and are licensed to you for as long as you are a paying client.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads, call volume or revenue. Search engines, advertising platforms and carriers are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Termination by us
We may suspend or end service for non-payment or for unlawful or abusive use of the tools.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
